- This book gave me so much valuable insight into living a vegetarian lifestyle and truly proved that it is not a diet but is indeed a lifestyle, one which has numerous physical, mental and even financial benefits. I was impressed with how thoroughly the author discussed these benefits as well as explained the various types of vegetarians. I had pretty much thought there to only be one type. I must say that my knowledge is now so much broader on the topic of vegetarianism and what it entails. To be equipped with such knowledge, not to mention all of the simple and delicious recipes that I can now try, sure does make my transition something to look forward to. I am truly grateful for the resources that this book provides!!!
- Simply beginning to get into cooking this book has been an incredible wellspring of data. The formulas are anything but difficult to pursue and there is so much assortment that I don't get exhausted, and there is continually something that looks intriguing. The start of every part has a pleasant table of formulas and shading codes formulas by whether they are quick, vegetarian, sans gluten, and so forth. This is my go-to cookbook. I do week by week dinner prep, and there aren't seven days that I don't use something like one formula from this book.
- This is a refreshing look at vegetarian cooking. The cookbook is a great version of that, with new recipes and updated ideas from blog favorites. The last section includes helpful hints and conversions. The pictures are fabulous and really help you see what the dish will look like. I can't wait to try more recipes.
